Document how to interact with a collector that supports test helpers
People may be interested in using our test helpers for running their own tests. We should document how people can use ooniprobe test helpers to initiate a test and interact with the helper.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
