Different images (such as user avatars) not appear when HTTPS-Everywhere is active.

Hmmm. It seems to me that the avatars load in Chrome, but not in Firefox, and that HTTPS Everywhere isn't causing the difference. But separately, this is a mixed content ruleset that needs to be marked as such.
