need another vidalia stable release before tbb with tor 0.2.3 can go stable

All three of these are bugs that users keep reporting. We should make a new Vidalia stable, and a new TBB-alpha to test it, before we can move TBB-stable to the Tor 0.2.3 tree.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
