almostfastexits graph broken
https://metrics.torproject.org/fast-exits.html#almostfastexits has changed so the top graph has the purple line at 1.0 and the orange line at 0.0, and the bottom graph has the purple line at 100 and the orange line at 0.
I'm not sure what changed, but it's clearly not right currently.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
