Unable to select a static port in TBB
I wanted to run TBB but have a static control port so that I could connect to it with telnet and see the events. I tried to do this via two methods...

After TBB had started up went to Settings > Advanced > Unchecked "Configure ControlPort automatically", hit ok, then restarted TBB. The new instance re-checked that box and was using a random port.

Shut down TBB and edited 'Data/Tor/torrc' to have a static ControlPort. When I started TBB again it was still using a random port.
My copy of TBB is a bit out of date (using tor 0.2.3.16, git-8be6058d8f31e578) so feel free to resolve if this doesn't repro with newer versions.
