Implement TCP send Test
This involves implementing an OONIProbe test that takes as input the payload to be sent in a TCP packet payload.
The second iteration of this test can be to give it a series of client-server packet exchanges and have it repeat them until censorship occurs, like what daphn3 does, but without the mutation.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
