Write parser for ScapyT based tests
A list of packets (as the ones that are in answered packets and sent_packets for the traceroute test) and will output detailed information about the packet.
We want something that puts inside of a dict the equivalent of the output of Packet.show() (from scapy.packet).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
