Amazon Web Services rules break charts for Datawrapper.de

Using HTTPS-E 3.0.4. Datawrapper seems to be some kind of service. For example, it's used on [1] in an iframe. The iframe's URL is [2], but HTTPS-E changes it to https, breaking the charts.
