Incorrect RSS Feed on Documentation page
https://www.torproject.org/docs/documentation.html.en lists an out of date RSS feed for Tor-Announce. (http://rss.gmane.org/gmane.network.onion-routing.announce)
http://rss.gmane.org/gmane.network.tor.announce appears to be the new feed.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
