geoip6 file missing in tor-0.2.4.6-alpha tarball

Upon installation of vidalia-bridge-bundle-0.2.4.6-alpha-0.2.21.exe Vidalia logs: [Warning] Failed to open GEOIP file C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\tor\geoip6. We've been configured to see which countries can access us as a bridge, and we need GEOIP information to tell which countries clients are in.

I opened the bundle with 7zip and looked through the files. Geoip itself is there. Previously I was running 0.2.3.24-RC which shouldn't have the file included anyway, AFAIK.

The changelog for 0.2.4.6 alpha includes: "Add GeoIP database for IPv6 addresses". Well I can't see it in the bundle.

(It isn't under the admin account either)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
