Mozilla CDN downloads broken in dev releases

Reported on the mailing list:

Starting with 4.0dev3, downloads of Firefox and Thunderbird fail from mozilla.

Downloads come from download.cdn.mozilla.net and the Mozilla rule in https-everywhere results in the following error

download.cdn.mozilla.net uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names: a248.e.akamai.net , *.akamaihd.net , *.akamaihd-staging.net

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
