Pop-up says PGP cannot contact http://tor-exit4.conformal.com/

A user with Windows 7 reports that he is getting pop-ups from PGP when starting the Tor Browser Bundle: "SMTP authentication failure" says: "PGP was not able to authenticate you when sending mail to the PGP Universal Server at tor-exit4.conformal.com".

I have installed PGPDesktop10.1.1_Windows.zip. It is available on the
Internet, search for "PGPDesktop10.1.1_Windows.zip". Certain features
will be disabled after the trial period ends, but basic file
encryption/decryption will continue to work.
The MD5SUM of my copy is 4781d42b28c43e81db9865793bf13581

The current version only is available from Symantec.com is under
Trial-ware, "PGP Desktop Email Trialware", file
PGPDesktop10.2.1MP3_Windows. I have not tried the newer version.

I use Tor 1 or 2 times a day. The popup appears intermittently and
unpredictably at about 1 or 2 week intervals.

I do not have any e-mail client configured. In addition, in Windows 7, I
have now blocked SMTP port under "Windows Firewall with Advanced
Security" -> Outbound Rules.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
