Add installation instructions for OONI to the documentation
Currently the documentation links to the README.md hosted on github: https://github.com/hellais/ooni-probe#getting-started
We should add this or a similar page into the documentation on ooni.torproject.org/docs, or at the very least point the url to gitweb.torproject.org
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
