Advertise relay operators mailing-lists in relay setup instructions
The main relay operators community mailing-list tor-relays@tpo should probably be mentioned on https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-doc-relay.html. Maybe near the mention of tor-announce@tpo?
Other mailing-lists that might be worth mentioning: tor-relays-universities and tor-relays-fr@lists.riseup.net for french. Maybe there is also one in German?
