Update Issues (re: Zipfile Download vs. Open)
Observed behavior:
- when clicking the download button, receive a warning about opening an external application.
- verify opening zipfiles is turned off preferences
- retry, and finally accept (having no alternative; right-click, copy url to new window, paste url shows same behavior)
- only after accepting this open warning does the expected "save as..." dialog appear
Expected behavior:
- if 'save' has been selected, no open warning should be displayed
