Test and support python 3.x
Stem's setup.py does a python 2to3 conversion of our codebase, but we don't yet have a method for running our tests on the built output. We should do that and investigate testing failures in the 2to3 conversion.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
