HTTPS breaks redirect for ATT Wifi "Hotspots"

When HTTPS Everywhere is enabled and you try to access the web via an "attwifi" hotspot you are redirected to their "Terms of Service" page from the URL you type in to the URL bar. This redirect does not work as expected until you disable the HTTPS Everywhere plugin. I believe this may just a rule that needs to be added in order to disable redirection for "*.wayport.net" but I do not have the technical skill necessary (or so it seems) to write the rule myself.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
