Have Tor publish one pluggable transport on multiple IPs?

A user wants to set up Tor bridges and obfsproxies on multiple IPs. The easiest way to do so would be to have multiple ServerTransportPlugin lines using the same transport. Tor currently ignores such attempts.

From what I understand this is a "wontfix" because it would involve too many changes, but at least Tor should not silently ignore more than one STP line with the same transport listed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
