Remove probes IP address from ICMP citation in traceroute tests

Currently in the traceroute tests we strip the probe IP address from the sent IP src field and the dst IP field in the received packets, however the IP address is still present in the received ICMP ttl expired messages.

When the "includeip" privacy setting is set to false, the address setting is set we should replace the IP address of the probe from the ICMP citation with "127.0.0.1".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
