ooni frontpage points to wiki docs page, which very subtly points back to ooni docs page
https://ooni.torproject.org/ click on Documentation and you get to https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/OONI apparently you're supposed to follow the really small link back to https://ooni.torproject.org/docs/
Suggestion one would be to link from the ooni frontpage to the place you want people to go.
Suggestion two would be to make the "no, go to this page" line on the wiki bigger.
