Where's the pyobfsproxy code?

There's no pyobfsproxy on gitweb.torproject.org -- there is a user/asn/pyobfsproxy, but it appears old and doesn't include the obfs3 module that we apparently shipped (https://blog.torproject.org/blog/combined-flash-proxy-pyobfsproxy-browser-bundles).

I tried some likely guesses for doing a git clone (maybe it's just missing from the gitweb list?), but I couldn't find it that way either.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
