Installation instructions refer to Subversion repository for TorCtl
doc/INSTALL contains the following command to check out TorCtl:
svn co https://svn.torproject.org/svn/torctl/branches/stable/python/TorCtl
The last commit to this repository was on 2010-03-01. This appears to have been superseded by the repository at https://git.torproject.org/pytorctl.git, which contains the history of the Subversion repository as well as commits as recent as 2012-12-30.
