Implement DNS Inject test
As specified here: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/OONI/Tests/DNSInjection.
Bonus points if it does the DNS query both via UDP and TCP (this would probably involve extending the DNS Test template to support TCP queries).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
