Console Error during new window launch: this.docShell is null

HTTPS-Everywhere seems to cause "this.docShell is null" from browser.xml's webNavigation attribute getter code to appear in the error console when you launch a new Firefox window.

Unfortunately, the JSD backtrace is only 2 frames long, and we don't directly touch either docShell or webNavigation anywhere in the HTTPS-Everywhere code...
