Parse Torperf output
Performance data measured by making periodic requests over the Tor network. Karsten reported on #7987 (moved) that we'll want to hold off on this until Torperf is rewritten, after which it may have a new data format.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
