Accounting for Relays only

[WARN] Using accounting with a hidden service and an ORPort is risky: your hidden service(s) and your public address will all turn off at the same time, which may alert observers that they are being run by the same party.

It would be sweet if the Tor developers could implement accounting only for acting as a relay - and not have the accounting disable the hidden service once the limit is reached - separate options, perhaps? This'd be useful to me, thanks!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
