Please support multiarch library paths

Hi!

When using modern Debian packaging helpers, libraries are installed by default e.g. in @/usr/lib/x86_64-linux@ instead of the good old @/usr/lib@. The torsocks wrapper should be updated to go look for its library in there, else it will soon become a pain to maintain the package in Debian/Ubuntu.

Starting points into the reference documentation: https://wiki.debian.org/Multiarch and https://wiki.debian.org/Multiarch/LibraryPathOverview.

It looks like the patch on #7564 (moved) is a good start, but it's not enough in itself, and has different goals that may be satisfied differently, so I'm filing a new ticket.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
