allow additional keyservers and/or change default jondo

hi,

when i use different provider options for torbirdy 0.1.0 the keyserver settings never seem to stick after program restart

if use i choose to use jondo, the default keyserver is set at hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net

when i change to hkp://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net and restart TB, the setting does not stick

if i cant change this would it be better to hard-code this to the securer hkps?

NOTE: it may not be the fault of torbirdy, it may be that i use a portable install of both thunderbird and gpg. See ticket #8326 (closed).

the same seems to happen when using tor as the provider, in that the default keyserver is the .onion but when i change to another, the setting is reverted upon TB restart

i will enclose enigmail debug output when failing to retrieve keys using .onion keyserver
