Two little tweaks to Tor Cloud instructions

First, on https://cloud.torproject.org/#get_started, I wonder if "Private Bridges" should really say "Private Obfsproxy Bridges", because these images also require port 52176 to be open.

Second, the step by step process instructions, only mention two necessary firewall rules for HTTPS and SSH, but not port 52176.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
