ooni: tls_handshake.py dumps <OpenSSL.crypto.PKey object> into report
tls_handshake dump a PKey object into the report, it needs to be reformatted to PEM to be writable by the YAML reporter.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
