Add option to hide Vidalia Control Panel upon successful startup

A minor feature request, but it would be nice if Vidalia could be configured to hide its control panel upon successful startup.

This would be best added a sub-option for the "Show this window on startup" checkbox; something along the lines of "Hide on success" or whatever.

While establishing its connection to the Tor network the control panel would then display normally, and once the status has changed to the green "Connected to the Tor network!" status it will hide itself, perhaps after a short delay.

Upon any other condition the window will remain open, so the user is aware of any issues with their Tor connection, but otherwise it is invisible if they normally leave their computer to startup while they do something else, for example.
