change compass license
Tor-relay-stats as compass once was known used a WTFPL License. I'm thinking of changing this to a more structured one like the MIT License.
I've emailed all the contributors asking if they'd be ok with this change. Karsten and Michael are ok with this.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
