Ruleset enabled/disabled icons fail to display

In all recent stable and unstable HTTPS Everywhere versions, the drop-down menu in the browser navigation bar has displayed a list of rulesets that apply to the current page, with appropriate coloration to show if the rulesets are enabled or disabled, but the enabled/disabled icons next to the ruleset names haven't rendered at all.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
