Create git repositories for ooni-spec and ooni-backend
Please create torproject.org git repositories for ooni-spec and ooni-backend.
The people will current commit permissions for ooni-probe.git should also have commit permissions. I believe that list is:
aagbsn, hellais, ioerror, isis
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
