Point tor-assistants to help@rt, create new tor-assistants
We still have a lot of support on tor-assistants. We should point tor-assistants to help@rt.tpo and then create a new tor-assistants list. I suggest tor-members.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
