[CHROME] Google Maps Review Links Creating Error 400

When looking up a company on Google Maps and clicking on the reviews link, I'm getting Error 400 (Bad Request) in Google Chrome. If I disable HTTPS Everywhere, the problem goes away. Here's an example link that gives me the error:

http://maps.google.com/local_url?dq=prestige&q=https://plus.google.com/113467343044809428235/about%3Fgl%3DUS%26hl%3Den-US&ved=0CFMQlQU&sa=X&ei=GkFbUcyTNIeDxAGmnoDgCA&s=ANYYN7nPyMWhtdnHUf0r3OmPwNAumwvOcQ

Attached is an example of the link I'm clicking on and the resulting error.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
