rt.com(Russia Today) Doesn't Work

The Chrome extension prepends https to the URL, but it doesn't work. It may be on the secure site list by mistake. Probably comes down to the already reported bugs in Chrome, but since it just doesn't connect I can't be sure. Computer runs Win2008 server. ISP is Comcast.
