spurious geoip6 warnings
I keep getting the warning notice
Failed to open GEOIP file .\Data\Tor\geoipv6.
This even though I have put geoip in the \Data\Tor directory, and have written
GeoIPv6File .\Data\Tor\geoipv6
into torrc.
This is not a big problem, my bridge still runs fine. But it seems like a bug. I'm running the bridge on vista x64. - eliaz
