buildbot.twistedmatrix.com doesn't support SSL
SSL works fine for the root domain https://twistedmatrix.com/, but https://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/ is broken with a certificate error — needs to be accessed over HTTP only.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
