pathbias_scale_close_rates bug
The full message, which so far appeared only once in the logs (after about 3 days of operation) is this:
[notice] {BUG} pathbias_scale_close_rates(): Bug: Scaling has mangled pathbias counts to 151.750000/150.875000 (5/1 open) for guard XXX ($XXX)
The above message was followed closely by another group of messages, described in Bug #8858 (moved) (they started appearing the next second after I've got the above message).
