Should not show country value when not grouping by country
As an example: when grouping by AS, Compass shows DE as country for AS16276 (OVH) which actually spans on multiple country: https://compass.torproject.org/#?exit_filter=all_relays&links&sort=cw&sort_reverse&country=&ases=AS16276&by_as
The attached patch fix the issue.
