doc/ directory contains too much outdated crud
translations.txt claims that the website is translated, and refers to ‘tor-svn.freehaven.net’ and ‘pootle’.
TODO should be either removed or moved to the root directory of the source distribution where a real TODO file would belong.
tor-win32-mingw-creation.txt tells readers to download and use openssl-0.9.8l.tar.gz. (That's probably not the only problem with it.)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
