Attempts to Rsync Tor Mirror Fail
Attempts to rsync using the instructions provided at https://www.torproject.org/docs/running-a-mirror.html.en fail with the following error message
@ERROR: chroot failed rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1534) [Receiver=3.0.9]
Confirmed destination directory is present and nickm tested separately with same results.
