encrypting paging file crashesTBB for Windows 7

Latest non-Alpha version of TBB worked flawlessly prior to encrypting the paging file utilizing the command, "fsutil behavior set EncryptPagingFile 1". On reboot to finalize the command, when started, TBB would build a circuit and then promptly crash prior to opening the browser window ala "APPCRASH".

Removing encryption from the paging file utilizing the command, "fsutil behavior set EncryptPagingFile 0" and rebooting resulted in TBB operating correctly again with no difficulties.

Seems a bit counter to the spirit of TOR that it requires an unsecure paging file in order for the TBB to function.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
