Alert? Potential attack: different identity key

Aug 31 XX:XX:XX.XXX [Warning] Tried connecting to router at 176.9.103.20:27443, but identity key was not as expected: wanted 0B7ED44C67DBE50313F0B32BD335D093D0474CE8 but got 1EEB638002C5CF05C224746F2919B7DD0D1C643D.

Was this an attack? (Found in Vidalia's message log.)
