Investigate changes coming in Thunderbird 24
Thunderbird 24 is going to be released on September 17. We should check to make sure that the changes it brings do not introduce new leaks. An example of such a change can be found in this commit.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
