Relay Geo information missing in Network Map

In the Tor Browser Bundle, if I open the Network Map to view the list of relays, all of the relays have "?"s to the left of their name. This is in the 2.4.17-rc under Linux Mint. In the 2.3.25-12 edition, the relays had the flag of their country there. I don't know whether 2.4.17-rc is unable to read the country codes, whether that information is somehow being blocked, or what is causing this issue. Please fix.
