libevent_core and libevent_extra exist but nothing in TBB links to them
AFAICT, their only references in the bundle are in .shared-library-rename-action-list and .shared-library-rename-action-list, no binary appears to use any code from them.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
