Generate statistics about compromise due to traffic correlation with different guard selection and rotation parameters

Guards can protect even better against traffic correlation if rotate them slower and/or choose fewer of them. To help decide if these changes are worth it, we should use path simulation and some reasonable adversary models to generate statistics about the security that results.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
