GetTor should help me get the right package from a mirror site

When a package is too big for a provider to accept as an attachment, GetTor will reply with a list of three mirror sites that the user can try instead. However, GetTor does not help the user get the right package from one of these sites.

If I request obfs-windows, GetTor should give me a few hints as to which package I should download from the site (i.e. the one starting with "tor-pluggable-transports" and ending in ".exe"), where I should download the package to, and what to do after that.

An additional bonus would be if GetTor attached the short user manual (English by default, unless a translation exists).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
